This website was developed by a firefighter/paramedic in Missouri. It started as a tool to help responders in SW Missouri to respond to emergencies, coordinate training activities and rescords, organize department resources, and facilitate communications. These goals continue to be the mission StationData.net as we grow to serve more emergency response professionals.
StationData.net Features:
Pricing is simple and low-cost. There are no hidden costs or complicated pricing structures based on which modules you want, how many stations, apparatus, etc. See the Pricing Page to see exactly what you will be billed each year. Use as much or as little of the website as you want.
Mobile-friendly and light-weight web interface. This means quick loading, limited distractions, and easy to use by professionals in the field.
Security and Robustness is baked in. You control who can see and edit your data. Public-facing elements are limited to what you want the community to see (i.e. marketing, class offerings, statistics, etc.). Private data is locked behind a robust user log-in system with 2-factor authentication mandatory. User actions and web traffic is monitored and logged.
StationData.net Modules:
Documents: Customizable doucments such as policies, procedures, guidelines, or protocols that load quickly and can be exported to PDF. Documents have a search feature and change log tracking. Active elements such as drug calculators can be imbedded along with cross-reference or external links. References and citation management is also included.
Education: Calendar of events to promote upcoming classes with mechanisms for online registrations. Class management to track attendance, grades, skills, etc. Simple, one-event classes all the way to multi-semester-long academies with completion tracking that meets paramedic accreditation standards. Other sensitive documents can also be included such as response plans or other PDF documents. If your agency utilizes vehicle tracking, that service might have an API to allow location and performance data to be integrated for all users to benefit from that information. Multiple databases are available to track equipment, vehicles, and supplies. Equipment can be issued to vehicles, stations, or personnel. Maintenance tracking and notifications are also available. Complex radio programming databases are available to facilitate maintaining your fleet of communications equipment.
Personnel: Staff and public contacts can be maintained. Contact information for external stakeholders along with all the information you need to track for your staff can be kept. Partner agencies can be updated for a centralized rolodex where all your staff can find who and how to coordinate with other departments. Your organizational chart automatically updates as you update your staff list. Maintenance of committee lists is also included with communication tools. Staff certifications, licenses, and expiration dates are a basic function along with additional incentives such as points, badges, etc.
